Hello I'm Diane...
a yoga practitioner, teacher, coach, designer and adventurer (in progress) my children joke I have at least four jobs but none of them feel like work. I love to share yoga, movement and mindfulness techniques to help you transform your life, feeling stronger, healthier and actively living fully each day.
I teach a mix of classes, workshops & courses in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire and online. Focusing on building strength and balance in your life with yoga, mindful movement, breath and relaxation techniques.

Enjoy a flowing practice, connecting breath with movement, deeper yin style poses focusing on releasing tension plus our longer guided relaxation (Nidra).

Yoga underpins my life helping me find ease and joy in the everyday & overcome self doubt, anxiety, grief.
Yoga has helped me thrive physically and emotionally, giving me the courage to try new things (beach yoga & wild swimming have been the highlight of 2021) and to do more of everything I love – yoga, fitness, study (2022 will be more nutrition, yoga, anatomy & movement) but mostly yoga creates a healthier me who loves time with family, friends, strong coffee and blustery walks along the beach or up a hill – I’d love you to come too?
