Each class consists of yoga based breathing, exercises and movement, finishing with guided relaxation.
These are active classes suitable for most levels of fitness and ability.

Monthly Stretch & Rest
Yoga Nidra night, bringing balance to body and mind. A class of breathwork, restorative movement and guided relaxation.
Suitable for all levels of fitness & ability including Pre & Post-Natal.

Weekly Pre-Natal Classes
Specialist mini course combining gentle yoga exercises & movement, breathing awareness & relaxation techniques to keep you fit and healthy during your pregnancy.
Suitable from 12 weeks (after first scan).

Monthly Workshop
Each month we’ll explore a different themed or area of your practice in a 2hr specialist workshop.
i.e. backbending, inversions, pranayama (breath), loving lotus, relaxation, mindfulness

Pre Birth Workshop
2hr specialist workshop, for you and your partner to learn breathing, relaxation techniques and exercises together.
To help you in the last few week of pregnancy and during your labour.

Powerful Skills, Drills & Ashtanga
30min yoga Skills & Drills focusing on building strength, flexibility and discover new poses.
1hr Ashtanga Primary Series, learn this traditional counted sequence. Option to combine both classes.
